use cat /proc/interrupts can see the relationship of irq and devices.
different pci slots might share 1 irq, to prove if it is the A400P and the sata have irq corrupt, you can try remove the a400P or move to another pci slot.

Hello
I never check /proc/interrupts, so I used a Linux to check it at home but I don't know what them mean inside interrupts, could you explain the following example:
CPU0 CPU1
0: 1940451888 1942084265 IO-APIC-edge timer
6: 2 0 IO-APIC-edge floppy
7: 0 0 IO-APIC-edge parport0
8: 3 0 IO-APIC-edge rtc
9: 0 0 IO-APIC-level acpi
169: 0 0 IO-APIC-level uhci_hcd:usb4
177: 17287009 0 IO-APIC-level eth0
209: 0 0 IO-APIC-level uhci_hcd:usb3
217: 0 0 IO-APIC-level uhci_hcd:usb1, ehci_hcd:usb5
225: 4721929 4694792 IO-APIC-level uhci_hcd:usb2, libata

If the wctdm is on the same line with any other devices , it's means they share the irq
